Privacy Policy
Last updated August 9, 2026. This is a template; review with counsel.
What we collect
Account info from Google sign-in (your email, name, profile image); your encrypted Zernio API key; the videos, music, and captions you upload; your schedules and posting history; and access logs (timestamps, IP address, and browser/device) used for security and billing-dispute evidence.
How we use it
To run the service you requested (looping and posting your content), to bill your subscription, to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to respond to payment disputes and legal requests.
Where it lives
Uploaded media is stored on Cloudflare R2. Payments are processed by Stripe (we never see full card details). Captions are generated via OpenAI from the prompt you set. Your Zernio key is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again or shared.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the processors above as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account and content. We may retain limited billing and dispute records as required for legal and accounting purposes.
