Terms of Service

goviraldev is a software service that, on your instruction, loops the videos you upload to your connected Instagram and TikTok accounts on a schedule you set, adding AI-generated captions and background music. Posting is performed through your own third-party Zernio account using the API key you provide.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

goviraldev is a paid, monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Profile (Manage subscription); cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current period.

goviraldev does not offer refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and periods where you did not use the service. You can cancel anytime from your Profile → Manage subscription; cancellation stops your next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate or refund the current or past periods. Because there are no refunds, please make sure goviraldev fits your needs before subscribing. Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law.

You retain ownership of the videos, music, and captions you upload. You represent that you have all rights to that content and to the music you use, and that posting it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate Instagram's, TikTok's, or Zernio's terms. You are solely responsible for what is posted to your accounts and for compliance with each platform's rules. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

The service depends on third parties (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and your Zernio account). We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or changes, including any account restrictions a platform applies to your posts.

No spam, automation abuse, or use that violates platform policies or law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost reach, or platform actions.

You may stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
